This role involves close collaboration with supervisors, project leaders, and other professionals in the unit.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, maintain, compile, and manipulate technical data such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.Prepare engineering documents, reports, and drawings (e.g., flow charts, block diagrams, schematics).Generate reports and summaries, including quantitative analysis.Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.Assist in scoping equipment for use and completing qualifications.Perform general lab functions, including equipment calibration, implementation of safety procedures, and routine maintenance.Notify the manager or team lead upon recognizing factors that may impact project outcomes.Assist in developing prototype processes and test setups.Execute test protocols and conduct testing as designed.Document and communicate test results accurately and promptly.Handle test samples and chemicals used for conditioning and testing.RequirementsMinimum:High school diploma required.At least 6 years of experience in a laboratory environment (corporate or academic) or as a technician in a regulated environment.Proven experience following written procedures and collaborating within a team setting.Preferred:Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline.Minimum of 1 year of laboratory or R&D experience in a regulated environment.Preferred Skills & QualificationsAbility to understand and execute test procedures accurately.Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to routine technical problems.Proficiency in using personal computers and standard software applications.Ability to train and mentor lower-level technicians.Recruiter Contact InfoSajag Bhardwajsajag.bhardwaj@ameritconsulting.comwww.ameritconsulting.comI'd love to talk to you if you think this position is right up your alley, and assure prompt communication, whichever direction.
