Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global Medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished Customer Contract Administration (MMS Dispensing Contract & Compliance Consultant).

Job Title: Contract Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA (Minimum 4 days onsite per week – Monday through Thursday)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with possibility of extension and potential conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Minimum 4 days onsite per week (Monday–Thursday)
Responsibilities:
- Interact and proactively communicate with multiple MMS Dispensing teams.
- Review and audit contractual packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Execute complete contractual packages according to established procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings, policies, procedures, and purchasing/acquisition programs.
- Support contract compliance and risk mitigation activities.
- Assist with contract review and ensure all pre-execution requirements are satisfied.
- Escalate contractual and compliance concerns when necessary.
- Support contract administration throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient contract execution and management.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (AA) or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- 1–3 years of contract administration or contract management experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and make independent recommendations
- Knowledge of contract review, compliance, and risk mitigation processes
Additional Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of U.S. Antitrust Laws, HIPAA regulations, SOX requirements, internal audit procedures, and regulatory controls.
- Understanding of capital contracting processes including acceptance, performance, installation, billing, revenue management, leasing, purchasing, and asset management.
- Knowledge of contract review, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance practices.
- General understanding of capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles.
