We’re growing and adding two high-performing sales pros to our commercial roofing team—1 Junior and 1 Senior. This is a relationship-driven role with high-income potential, an active pipeline, and existing clients
Who you are
You’re confident, polished, and great at building rapport. You can manage a pipeline, close, and grow long-term accounts. Roofing industry knowledge required; experience selling to property managers/HOAs is a big plus.

Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Knowledge of roofing materials, products, and construction techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills to manage client records and prepare proposals
- Motivation and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or experience in roofing or sales is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
