**About the Role:**
The General Manager of Stock Yards Spokane will be responsible for leading the development and execution of operational plans to drive sales and profitability across multiple plants.
This role involves working closely with local and regional teams to ensure operational excellence, manage high-performance teams, and foster relationships to enhance sales in the broadline division.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and execute operational plan for Plant(s) within stated strategies and policies.
- Provide input to Stock Yards local teams and Region Vice President related to strategies and policies that impact managed plant(s).
- Responsible for driving the plant(s) to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, yield, specification metrics, business goals and objectives.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance management team.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a Leadership role in Sales, Manufacturing or Production, preferably in a meat processing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership and financial performance skills.
