Job Description

- Responsible for operating and changing all liquor bottles, wine boxes, soda tanks, and co2 tanks; returning and replacing all empty tanks, kegs, bottles, and boxes by the end of each shift.
- Responsible for keeping all supplies, including dollies, in their proper storage areas.
- Must adhere to and monitor the cleaning schedule for Storerooms and Coolers.
- Responsible for keeping fruit, milk, or any other edibles off the floor in the walk-in coolers and in their proper storage area.
- Responsible for keeping coolers neatly stocked and rotated.
- Receive and store all orders from vendors and/or warehouse.
- Stock and maintain side stations.
- Work well under minimal supervision
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multi task
