Job Description

As an An Pho Specialty Cook, you will be responsible for preparing authentic pho and specialty cuisine items according to established recipes and culinary standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prepare food orders for specialty Vietnamese cuisine according to memorized standard recipes and established culinary procedures
• Coordinate and manage order fulfillment to ensure timely pick-up and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and storage areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement effective waste management practices through proper food rotation, storage protocols, and portion control
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels at assigned station, ordering stock as needed to sustain operational pars
• Consistently adhere to all established safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment and quality food preparation
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in Vietnamese cuisine or pho preparation
• Proficiency in executing recipes with precision and consistency while maintaining established culinary standards
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills with the ability to monitor stock levels and maintain operational par standards
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining sanitary work environments and adhering to health and safety regulations
• Ability to coordinate multiple orders simultaneously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal culinary training or certification from an accredited culinary institution
• Experience in specialty or ethnic cuisine preparation
• Proficiency in kitchen management systems or point-of-sale ordering platforms
