Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. You kick off your shift stepping into the VIP Club kitchen — the home turf for our most valuable guests, where the flavors are bold and the details matters. Before the doors open, you’re already in motion: checking the menu and diving into prep. You’re washing, slicing, peeling, and cutting fresh ingredients so the buffet looks sharp and stays stocked from the first guest to the last. You then shift into full‑on batch‑cooking mode — roasting, simmering, sautéing, and refreshing dishes so everything stays hot, fresh, and irresistible. You follow standard recipes to keep every item consistent, and you’re constantly smelling and testing to make sure the quality never dips. But this isn’t a behind‑the‑scenes job — you’re part of the VIP experience. You step out to greet guests, answer questions, describe dishes, and help them feel taken care of. Whether you’re carving, replenishing the buffet, or offering a quick recommendation, you bring the kind of warm, confident hospitality that makes elite guests feel right at home. You’re checking in with the Lead Cook and Sous Chefs as needed — coordinating timing, adjusting production, and staying synced so the buffet never slows down and the presentation always looks top‑tier.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or recognized apprenticeship preferred.
- Must have basic reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the application of sanitation procedures.
