In this role, you will provide one-on-one home health care to patients, ensuring compassionate and professional support tailored to each individual’s needs.This particular position serves patients located in Farmington Hills and involves shift-based care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with tube feeding, bowel programs, and Hoyer lifts. The available hours are 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM.
