Responsibilities of the Machine Programmer:
- Read and interpret engineering drawing and program codes to ensure specifications are met.
- Perform test runs and make adjustments until the resulting product meets blueprint specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean and organized workspaces to minimize risk and maximize productivity.
- Communicate with tam members and supervisors regarding production status, issues and recommendations.
Requirements of the Machine Programmer:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
