Amerisource Business Capital is looking for an organized, energetic, self-disciplined Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a Full-Time basis. Amerisource Business Capital has provided small and middle market businesses with asset based lending, outsourced management of accounts receivable, credit support and collection functions for over 40 years. This person must be very detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, like working independently, and is okay working in a repetitive environment.

Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to provide support to the Portfolio Manager and Assistant Portfolio Manager by assisting in the daily flow of paperwork
- Data entry which includes schedule entry and posting payments with meticulous attention to detail with a no room for error mentality
- Prepare Notice of Assignment letters for new customers
- File necessary paperwork in proper locations
- Provide support to the portfolio team
- Effective Communications - effectively convey thoughts in written and verbal communication
- Critical Thinking - ability to fully analyze a situation, and present well-defined resolutions
- Attention to Detail - understand the value of accuracy and ability to process
- Managing Priorities - properly define urgency of each task that is presented
- Spreadsheet Software - intermediate experience with spreadsheet functions, preferably with Microsoft Excel
- Team Oriented - enjoys supporting the needs and interests of others
- Work Ethic - personally fulfilled by exhausting oneself in worthwhile objectives
- Character - high-level initiative; steadfast integrity
- Attitude - fun loving; positive outlook; coachable
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience in an office setting

Salary : $32,000 - $35,000
