Job Purpose
This position is responsible for signing and staging retort carts from the kitchen to the retort room.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload retort and stage product in designated area, keeping each sub-code together
- Record all relevant information on cage tag sheet
- Report any retort concerns or issues to proper personnel
- Good working knowledge of retort cart flow.
