We are seeking a driven, hands-on Production Supervisor who leads by example, builds strong teams, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Lead
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your impact will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing production associates to achieve performance goals
- Assigning work, managing schedules, and reviewing production reports and output metrics
- Partnering cross-functionally with Warehouse, Human Resources, and Quality Assurance to support seamless operations
- Upholding AmeriQual’s high standards for food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Ensuring compliance with GMPs, safety policies, and company procedures
- Training and reinforcing safe and efficient manufacturing practices
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies
- Supporting a team-focused environment where accountability and respect are standard
What You Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Supervision, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ERP/SAGE and Kronos experience a plus
- A positive, solutions-oriented leadership style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- The ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Work Environment
This position regularly requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The role frequently operates on the production floor within a seasonal warehouse and food processing environment. The facility processes nuts, fruits, and other allergens.
