Job Purpose
This position is responsible for maintaining the flow of carts to the kitchen and packlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Stocking kitchens with empty retort carts.
Moving product post-retort from the gate to packlines.
Manage of cart targets and cart cones
Good working knowledge of retort cart flow.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing experience required, preferably in food manufacturing
General math, reading, and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, very warm, and hectic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with other team members
Ability to follow all work instructions and safety procedures
