Job Description
Process trade corrections on the back-office team. Analyze and correct entries for various product types, including mutual funds, securities, cash, bonds, managed accounts, and dividend transactions, through various internal processing systems. Analyze and calculate dividends in client and error accounts, ensuring accurate allocation, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies. Work with both internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure processing of transactions follows industry rules, regulations, and internal compliance procedures.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $44,400-66,600/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely and accurate resolution of trade correction cases. Analyze account activity, determine cause of error and take appropriate action to correct trading activity.
- Work with both internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot and provide seamless service. Provide support to other team members as necessary.
- Identify root cause of trade correction errors and provide solutions as appropriate. Conduct trend reporting and participate in problem solving sessions for continuous process improvements.
- Education: High school or GED
- Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for
- Previous operations, processing or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, including demonstrated ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation.
- Ability to research and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results driven, transaction based environment.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal business partners and advisors.
- Trading activity expertise.
- Understanding of Thomson, BETA, COLA, APL, and various other internal systems (Nice, DocX, SSD).
