We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Williamsport, PA. In this role, the Office Manager will manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative assistance, oversee office equipment and supplies, and ensure efficient communication across the team. Responsibilities include supporting client inquiries, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining office organization, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Experience with Office Administration, including organizing workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring workplace efficiency
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and related tools to ensure smooth operational functionality
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with common computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in financial services or other professional office environments is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
