Client Service Associate (Part-Time – 32 Hours / 4-Day Work Week)
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support a growing
financial advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients,
staying organized, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service to clients and assist with routine inquiries
- Prepare and process account paperwork and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings
- Support advisors with administrative, operational, and client service tasks
- Track and follow up on account requests to ensure timely completion
