This is a full-time hybrid role in the Columbia, Maryland office, with on average 2 days/week in office and 3 days/week remote.
Role Description
The primary responsibilities related to the role are as follows:
- Completes client meeting prep and meeting follow-up for financial advisor
- Documents notes during all of the advisor’s client meetings
- Inputs tasks to the appropriate department following client meetings to ensure follow-through on client expectations
- Builds and maintains client relationships by ensuring client satisfaction for a referable experience
- Assists advisor with delivering recommendations for comprehensive financial planning clients
- Completes money movement requests as needed following client meetings
- Supports financial advisor with client ad-hoc requests and ensures that advisor is following through with their workload and tasks
Required Qualifications
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a large workload
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- 3 years of experience in the financial planning or wealth management industry
- Series 7, Series 66, and State Life/Accident/Health Insurance
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience and licensing, with growth opportunities as you advance.
- Fully licensed candidates with 3 years of industry experience and strong administrative skills starting salary range is between $70,000 and $85,000
- Unlicensed candidates with 3 years in the financial planning or wealth management industry starting salary range is between $60,000 and $70,000

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
