Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Financial Advisor role based in Pensacola, FL. The Associate Financial Advisor will assist lead advisors in creating financial plans, conducting client meetings, and managing investment portfolios. Daily responsibilities include preparing comprehensive retirement strategies, providing financial planning and investment advice, conducting client financial reviews, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves building lasting client relationships and supporting business development efforts to meet company growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
- Expertise in Finance and Investments
- Experience in Financial Advisory and building client relationships
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in utilizing financial planning and investment software
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner, FINRA Series licenses) are highly desirable
- Demonstrates an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field is a plus
- Obtaining the Certified Financial Planner designation will be required as a condition of employment.
Salary range $75,000-$85,000 based on experience plus opportunities for salary increases and bonuses based on production, client satisfaction and overall firm growth.
