This role offers a mix of client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes financial planning support, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing practice.We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree, two years of experience preferred in the industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Candidates who are not yet licensed but working toward their Series 7 and 66 are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support: Act as a point of contact for clients—respond to inquiries via phone or email and support a seamless client experience.Financial Planning Support: Assist advisors with preparing client plans, implementing post-meeting follow-ups, and managing accounts.Meeting Preparation: Prepare presentation materials and reports for client meetings using PowerPoint and other tools.Team Collaboration: Support advisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.QualificationsExperience: Two years in financial services or related field preferredEducation: Bachelor’s degree required.Licensing: SIE preferred; Series 7 and 66 can be obtained within 6 months of hire.
