Role Overview:
We’re seeking experienced Line Technicians to join our production team. You’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge pouching equipment, ensuring smooth operation, minimal downtime, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain pouching or stick pack lines
- Perform changeovers, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical adjustments
- Monitor OEE, product quality, and machine efficiency
- Collaborate with engineers and operators to meet production targets
- Uphold GMP, safety, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience operating high-speed packaging, stick pack, or form-fill-seal machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in nicotine, food, or pharma manufacturing a plus
