Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Blender Operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. The Blender Operator is responsible for the accurate preparation, blending, and documentation of production batches in accordance with approved formulas, Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position operates and monitors industrial blending equipment, stages and measures raw materials, performs in-process quality checks, and ensures products meet established specifications for quality and consistency.

- Wednesday to Saturday
- 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Batch Preparation requires accurate measurement, weighing, and staging of raw materials and ingredients precisely according to recipes or Mast Manufacturing Records (MMR).
- Operation of machinery that includes start-up, adjusting, and monitoring industrial blenders, valves, and agitators to mix products to exact specifications.
- Perform visual and physical inspections to ensure correct flavor, texture, color, and consistency, adjusting variables when necessary.
- Execute clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP) procedures to sterilize vats, lines, and workspaces adhering strictly to OSHA, GMP, and FDA guidelines.
- Record detailed production data – including batch numbers, temperatures, processing times, and ingredient yields.
- Follow all company safety policies, sanitation procedures, and required PPE requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 – 3 years in manufacturing, food processing, chemical, or pharmaceutical production environment.
- Basic math and scale usage of recipe measurements, mechanical aptitude for minor machine troubleshooting, and good written/verbal communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Work Environment
- FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Regular exposure to raw materials and other ingredients.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
