Outside Sales Representative – Kentucky Territory (East of I-65)
Job Type: Full-time, on the road
About Us:
Ameripak Inc., founded in 1986, provides packaging machinery and supplies with a customer-first approach. We’re looking for motivated self-starters ready to help manufacturing businesses, distributors, and suppliers find packaging solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads through cold calls and in-person meetings
- Present and sell industrial products/services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with inside teams for proposals and support
- Track daily activities and manage sales goals
- Travel daily within your assigned territory (must be a true road warrior)
What We’re Looking For:
- Tough, determined, and resilient
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence and willingness to meet new people
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily
- Experience using a CRM (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
- Prior sales experience is a bonus, but we will train the right person
Territory Coverage:
Kentucky east of I-65, including major cities such as Louisville, Lexington, Richmond, London, Hazard, Ashland, and surrounding areas.
