Role Overview: The Supervisor, Integrated Case Management, oversees the daily operations of the Case Management unit, providing clinical direction, guidance, and oversight of case management services.
Work Arrangement:
- Remote - Associate must reside in Louisiana (LA)
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and clinical direction for the Complex Case Management unit.
- Supervise and support staff conducting case management, care coordination, and screening activities.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Manage and track case management programs
- Complete internal staff audits
- Monitor contract compliance
- Assist in the implementation and execution of departmental goals, workflows, and operational plans
- Serve as a resource to staff for clinical and operational guidance
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and case management activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to support member care and service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support workflow efficiencies
- Participate in staff training, coaching, and performance management activities
- Support occasional field work alongside care managers and community-based staff
- Management and oversight of specialist projects as required.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required
- Unrestricted licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in LA
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory or field leadership experience
- 3 to 5 years of case management experience supporting care management in a clinical or managed care environment
- Designation of Certified Case Manager is preferred.
Licensure:
- Unrestricted licensed RN in LA license

- Strong clinical knowledge of case management and care coordination practices
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
