Amerimed EMS is searching for A NICU Driver in Albany, GA. Applicants must at least be Certified as an EMT-R or higher with licensure by the State of Georgia.
Essential Functions
Perform assigned daily transports in safe and timely manner.
Complete all paperwork required for transportation services rendered.
As the NICU Driver for Amerimed EMS in Albany, GA, we are hiring a full time 24 hour on 48 hour off candidate to start as soon as possible. This position is responsible primarily for driving the NICU team, no patient care, some occasional assisting with loading and unloading patients and equipment.
Complete a daily inspection of assigned vehicle before start of the day.
Ensures the assigned vehicle is clean on the inside and outside, washes and vacuums as needed.
Driver must be courteous, patient, and professional at all times, as well as neat and clean in appearance.

Job Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms.
Regardless of certification pay is set at $17/hour with overtime pay of 1.5x for hours worked over 40 each week. Pay is weekly.
