- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide product recommendations and follow up on orders and delivery timelines
- Process quotes, invoices, and order details with accuracy and professionalism
- Data Entry
- Maintain and update customer and product databases and websites
- Enter order information into internal systems and vendor portals
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, product descriptions, and customer information
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Quickbooks Online a plus
- Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred
