Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance with minimal downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning
- Partner with engineers to improve machinery performance and plant efficiency
- Train team members and maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a clean work environment
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and external vendors
