As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
- Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new business
- Provide product information, price quotes, and order status updates to customers
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred, not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
