Licensed Enroller / Benefit Counselor

Amerilife Benefits is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Benefit Counselors in the Wichita area to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional education in benefits. As a Contracted Licensed Benefit Counselor, you will work to educate employees on available benefit programs via face-to-face interactions on location and assist employees with enrolling in selected programs through our proprietary enrollment platform. Earn guaranteed daily pay plus lucrative bonus options helping employees understand their benefits. No selling is required, just educating and enrolling employees during onsite benefit meetings.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid resident Life, Accident, and Health License.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and assess client needs effectively.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, and voluntary benefits.
• Ability to manage schedules and maintain documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of enrollment platforms and the process of enrolling a client.
• Be able to participate in case-specific, enrollment, product, and system training sessions and collaborate with the Account Executive team to meet client standards.
