Job description:
AmeriLawn is hiring for full time Lawn Care Technician's.
We are looking for an experienced lawn care technician to join our lawn crew!
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be comfortable operating machinery
- Able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions
- Must be comfortable and proficient in operating truck and a trailer
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to pass a State / Federal Background Check
- Must have the ability to operate machinery
- Ability to meet daily production and performance goals
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Perform shop work and equipment maintenance as assigned
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and team members
- Identify opportunities to promote and recommend additional company services when appropriate
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately, thoroughly, and on time
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained and stored
- Support daily operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
