Chiropractic Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to be the creator of our marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development

• Lead and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives (e.g., social media posts to increase visibility and patient engagement, “Lunch and Learn” education workshops at local businesses, physician referrals) to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Track marketing effectiveness and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Chiropractic Assistant Support

• Act as the backup for the front desk, covering for staff during breaks, absences, or peak hours. This includes:
  • Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls.
  • Verifying insurance benefits and collecting co-pays/patient balances.
  • Maintaining patient files and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Willingness to learn therapy & rehab procedures, in case temporary coverage is needed in this area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and executing small-business marketing strategies, preferably in a health-care setting.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
