Amerigrass Landscape Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, account management, and crew supervision. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure properties are maintained at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Manage landscape maintenance accounts and client relationships
- Communicate regularly with property managers and HOA boards
- Oversee crew schedules, productivity, and quality control
- Complete work tickets, reports, and proactive property proposals
- Direct crew leaders and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Maintain high standards for all assigned properties
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of landscape account management experience required
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
