What You’ll Do
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring
- Dust light fixtures, baseboards, fans, door frames, window frames, vents
- Shop‑vac cabinets, tubs, and other surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, mud rooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Remove paint, grout, dirt, mud, and construction debris from floors, tubs, tile, and thresholds
- Maintain strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate effectively with teammates and customers
- Keep company vehicle and equipment clean and in good working condition
