Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Colorado Springs, CO, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers, restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate scoping of work, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting on pipeline activity, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen AmeriForce’s brand presence in Colorado.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Experience with account management, client communication, and contract negotiation in B2B or service-based environments.
- Knowledge of environmental services, construction, restoration, or related industries; familiarity with asbestos, mold, lead, or remediation services is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and explain technical services in accessible terms.
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with regular on-site client visits in Colorado.
