AmeriFence is one of the fastest-growing fencing companies in the region. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and a "customer-first" mentality. As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a high-energy, organized Receptionist to be the face (and voice) of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Connection: Greet visitors and handle high-volume inbound calls with a professional, upbeat attitude.
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming inquiries and schedule estimates for our sales representatives.
- Administrative Support: Manage mail, digital filing, and basic data entry to keep our project pipeline moving.
- Office Flow: Keep the front office organized and ensure our customers feel welcomed the moment they walk through the door.
- Communication: Act as a central hub, relaying messages between field crews and management.
What We’re Looking For
- A People Person: You genuinely enjoy helping others and can remain calm and helpful during busy "peak season" hours.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning project management software.
- Reliability: You understand that as the first point of contact, your presence is vital to our daily operations.
- Professionalism: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred (experience in construction or home services is a major plus!).
- Flexible Hours: Monday-Friday 10-5 and Saturday 8-Noon
