- Architect and implement performance management systems that fuel growth and accountability.
- Design career development frameworks that align with organizational goals and promote internal mobility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Lead investigations and coach managers through workplace challenges with fairness and empathy.
- Collaborate across HR, Learning & Development, and department heads to deliver impactful mentorship, training, and leadership programs.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast talent needs, track career progression, and enhance retention.
- Champion DEI initiatives and ensure equitable access to growth opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for people development.
- Experience in performance management, career pathing, and organizational design.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to coach, influence, and inspire across all levels of the organization.
