Location: AuSable, NY (coverage in the Mountain Valley Region)
Starting Pay for this role - $22.15 /hour to $27.69/hour, actual starting pay will depend on experience
Position is overtime eligible and incentive eligible!
Position Overview - Regional Member Service Representative II
As a Regional Member Service Representative II, you will be a key ambassador of our values and services. You will engage with members in person offering personalized financial solutions and delivering exceptional service that reflects our MVP-1 Team Culture.
What You’ll Do:
As a Regional Member Service Representative II your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist members with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct teller transactions and introduce members to ITM technology.
- Use a consultative approach to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
- Cross-sell and refer credit union products and services, including loans and credit cards.
- Support lending goals and ensure accurate loan documentation.
- Serve as a lead trainer for new hires and support regional financial centers.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.
