What You'll Do as a Business Development Officer
Drive Growth & Build Partnerships
- Develop and grow relationships with local businesses, employer groups, and community organizations.
- Generate new membership opportunities and expand existing partner relationships.
- Achieve goals for new members, partner growth, and business development activities.
Deliver Consultative Sales & Financial Wellness Solutions
- Conduct outreach, prospecting, and sales presentations tailored to employer and workforce needs.
- Promote AmeriCU's products, services, and financial wellness programs.
- Coordinate workplace enrollment events and financial education sessions.
Manage Relationships & Business Development Activities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned business partners, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.
- Maintain prospecting, sales, and relationship activity within Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Monitor market opportunities and identify new areas for growth
Collaborate & Represent AmeriCU
- Partner with Financial Center teams to develop referrals and support membership growth.
- Represent AmeriCU at community events, networking opportunities, and partner functions.
- Provide expertise on AmeriCU's products and services to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
