What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Associate - Youth Programming position at AmeriCorps?
The Youth Programming Summer Associate will contribute to delivering resources as a part of TSF’s dual-track model youth workforce program. The Associate will support and chaperone career exploration trips, provide resource navigation for program participants , and deliver needs based intake.

Member Duties : Act as a peer mentor for Student Leaders, coaching them in essential soft skills (communication, conflict resolution, and professionalism) to increase future employability. Participate in curriculum enhancement for physical activities and trained Student Leaders in photo/video content creation to drive social media awareness and program participation. Coordinate attendance and monitor behavior and lead learning reflections for Student Leaders for career exploration days. Support goal-setting with youth (ages 14–24) and workforce participants, including tracking progress and conducting regular one-on-one check-ins. Deliver direct mentorship to Student Leaders, coaching them in soft skills such as communication, conflict resolution, professionalism, and teamwork. Facilitate "Daily Huddles" and weekly check-ins to monitor growth; utilizing workforce review tools and data collection (demographics and outcome surveys) to evaluate program impact.
