Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Superintendent based in Sheboygan/Oshkosh, WI. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Responsibilities include project scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, monitoring progress, managing on-site teams, enforcing safety regulations, and addressing any challenges on the project site. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership to maintain efficiency and quality across all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Construction Site Management and overseeing daily on-site operations
• Proficiency in Construction Safety practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Strong skills in Organization and multitasking to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to develop and manage Budgeting processes effectively
• Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Understanding of building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
