We are looking for a dependable and skilled Folder Operator to join our Bindery Department. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate work.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate folding machines (Heidelberg, Stahl, or similar) to fold printed sheets according to job specifications.
- Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout each run.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other bindery tasks as needed (cutting, stitching, padding, etc.).
- Follow all safety procedures and production schedules.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience operating a folder in a printing or bindery environment preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn our process and follow instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player who takes pride in their work
