We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in bookkeeping is a plus, as well as using QuickBooks software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and general support to the Office Manager.
- Perform duties for the office which includes handling of phone calls and managing internal and external customers, timely and professionally.
- Assist the office with correspondence letters and other office duties as assigned.
Driver's license required.
