Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled General Renovations & Repair Technician to lead and execute a wide range of renovation, repair, and restoration projects across various facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive renovations, repairs, and restorations on residential, commercial, or industrial properties, including drywall installation, painting, flooring, or fixture replacement.
• Install various fixtures such as cabinets, glass panels, doors, lighting fixtures, and hardware with precision.
• Operate equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality control and adhering to timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to fabricate custom components or structures as needed for specific renovation tasks.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials including stucco, plastering compounds, caulking agents, flooring materials, tile products, or hardscape elements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and best practices throughout all phases of work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction renovation or repair work across diverse trades such as Drywalling, plumbing, electrical systems, or painting.
• Familiarity with Renovation management principles and estimating processes.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools.
• Ability to perform detailed inspection work to ensure quality standards are met during each phase of repair projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety measures effectively.
• Skills in fabrication techniques including drywall installation, stucco application, tile laying, roofing repairs or replacements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers effectively.
