What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at AmericInn Watertown?
The candidate should be able to:
- Replace PTACs, replace leds from led fixtures, replace toilets in rooms if needed, re-glue any loose carpet.
- Troubleshoot and fix guest bathroom issues such as sink clog, replace flush vavle of the toilet tank, or replace Bathtub faucet if needed, etc.
- Change Filters on HVAC units every 4 months.
- Troubleshoot and regular maintenance of the ice machine.
- Repaint any scratches on the furniture, door or wall with the appropriate paint in a professional manner.
- Replace any lighting if gone bad in the building.
- Do any other maintenance task requested by the manager.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
