*Housekeepers start at 10am and work until finished. This is a daytime position and ability to work weekends is required.
Purpose of Position: To provide clean and fully supplied rooms for guests at check-in.
Essential Functions:
- 1. Clean and stock all guest rooms as assigned, including changing linens on beds, dusting and vacuuming, stocking supplies, emptying trash, hand washing all wall and floor tiles, toilets, tubs, and sink fixtures.
- 2. Perform all laundry function as needed, including moving linen to all storerooms, if necessary.
- 3. Report any employee injury to your supervisor immediately.
- 4. Implement all company policies and procedures for safety and security.
- 5. Stock room attendant cart with full supplies at the end of the day.
- 6. Turn in all lost and found items to the Head Housekeeper.
- 7. Assist with the quarterly and fall cleaning duties.
- 8. Report status of all rooms cleaned on a timely basis.
- 9. Exhibit courteous manner with guests.
- 10. Empty and clean vacuum cleaner at the end of the day.
- 11. Perform all other tasks as assigned by the General manager or Head Housekeeper.

- 3. Wear appropriate company uniform, including name tag.
- 4. Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings.
- 5. Good communication skills.
- 6. Eye for detail.
- 7. Pleasant personality and excellent people skills.
- 8. Must have thorough understanding of all shift duties.
Accountability
- 1. Clean rooms within established goals per room.
- 2. Follow all state and federal guidelines including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training (Ledgestone implemented Group Policy).
- 3. Maintain high level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Marginal Job Functions
- 1. Lifting and moving furniture and equipment with assistance.
- 2. Flipping or rotating mattresses with assistance.
