We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Worker to join our team at a popular hotel in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment, complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, and a tiki bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for the hotel’s facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and preventive maintenance needs.
- Ensure all areas are safe, clean, and up to code.
- Assist with special projects and seasonal tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial settings.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.
