We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Assist with guest check-out and payment processes
- Perform night audit duties nightly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights
