Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems and plumbing.
• Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Painting tasks as needed to ensure aesthetic upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with logic controllers for effective system management.
• Experience in residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with residents and staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience using tools like an ohmmeter for electrical work.
