Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces with precision and care.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure all areas are well-equipped for guest comfort.
• Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment effectively to maintain floors and carpets in top condition, ensuring a polished appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is advantageous; housekeeping management experience is a plus. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
