JOB DUTIES:
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant and occupied guest rooms within our brand and operational standards in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 35 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.
Help maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, meeting rooms, etc.
Reports and log lost and found articles.
As needed, work with fellow team members to help with their cleaning tasks.
Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day, before your shift ends each day.
Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of previous hotel housekeeping experience necessary
Reliable transportation
Be able to take direction and follow written and verbal instructions
Keen attention to detail and cleanliness
Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
