The Night Auditor is a member of the Front Office Team. Front Desk Agents are responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times, welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face to face and on the phone. The individual is required to : demonstrate good computer skills, accurately handle cash and charges; stand for extended periods of times; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. We are looking primarily for dependable part-time 3rd shift workers for the hours of 11pm-7am mainly on Friday and Saturdays. Weekend availability is required and flexibility is a must.

- Conduct night audits, balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and ensure security of funds.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and experience in guest relations
- Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and cash handling
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Experience in hospitality and resort environments
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
